Our Conference Vendors

All vendors are charged a flat rate fee of $400.00 which covers their display, conference identification badges, registration of two (2) vendor representatives with access to continental breakfast, lunch and social networking events for the entire conference. Requests for table locations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. NO VENDOR TABLE WILL BE ASSIGNED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT OF VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES.
NABLEO reserves the right to determine final vendor table assignments. Vendors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to a competitor should indicate this on the application for exhibit space. Careful consideration will be given to such requests. NABLEO reserves the right to alter the floor plan at any time.
VENDOR SPACE IS LIMITED. The total number of exhibitors is limited to 10 and registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in displaying your products or services during our conference, nvendor registrations must be submitted NOT LATER THAN Sunday, September 07, 2025.

The Committee also works to build relationships and trust between election officials and law enforcement to better equip both to prevent and respond to threats and violence against voters and election workers.
