Vendor Information

All vendors are charged a flat rate fee of $150.00 which covers their display for the entire conference. Requests for table locations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. NO VENDOR TABLE WILL BE ASSIGNED WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT OF VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES.

NABLEO reserves the right to determine final vendor table assignments. Vendors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to a competitor should indicate this on the application for exhibit space. Careful consideration will be given to such requests. NABLEO reserves the right to alter the floor plan at any time.
